4 Things:
1. The opening and closing chapter are absolutely flawless.
2. Nick aside, all the characters are awful people. Although I do muster up some pity for Gatsby since he loses every dream he ever had.
3. Nick grieves too much for everyone around him. People who would never grieve for him.
4. Fitzgerald is a boss.
